The Organising Committee can issue letters confirming attendance at the conference provided the following conditions are met:
  • The delegate must provide a letter confirming that the delegate represents a particular institution.
  • The delegate must provide a copy of their passport.
  • The delegate must be registered as a conference delegate or as a presenting author of an accepted abstract.
  • The delegate must have paid the conference registration fee in full.
